Discovery of the day:
A new takeout restaurant called Fat Eric's will be opening in Federal Hill come July 1 (just days away!). Fat Eric's own Eric Jurewicz will be featuring funky historical event-inspired dishes, one dish per night, done right.
Examples include the carmelized salmon on July 6 in honor of Alaska becoming a state in 1958, or Saisi, a Bolivian specialty, in honor of Columbia's indendence from Spain in 1810. Looks like they also feature pizza and salads to round out the meal.
